工作职责：
解决方案设计与支持
1. 协助销售对接客户，开展需求分析、明确业务目标、记录技术要求，支撑解决方案设计。
2. 在资深工程师的指导下，协助设计自动化集成仓储解决方案，以满足客户需求，并协助准备技术提案、成本分析和演示材料。
3. 学习使用设计工具（如AutoCAD）来绘制布局图和流程图。
4. 研究和分析行业趋势及新兴技术。

项目与客户支持
1. 协助系统顾问开展项目工作，分析业务目标，识别运营难题，并理解技术要求；积极参与客户会议，参与讨论并了解将业务需求转化为有效技术解决方案的流程。
2. 与项目管理/实施团队合作，支持项目实施。协助进行系统测试、用户培训和上线支持活动。
3. 负责项目核心文档的创建与维护（含需求概要、用户手册、部署报告等）。

任职要求：
1. 2025-2026年毕业的本科/硕士，工业工程、机械工程、自动化等相关专业优先。
2. 具备快速学习能力，适应性强。
3. 具备强大的问题解决和分析能力，能够有效地管理多项任务。
4. 熟悉MySQL和Linux优先。
5. 熟练掌握AutoCAD和Microsoft Office。
6. 精通日语，英语/中文（普通话/粤语）听说读写流利。
7. 具备出色的沟通和展示能力，能够清晰地表达想法。
8. 能接受频繁出差。
