Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership & Architecture Design
o Define drive end-to-end architecture fcomplex, large-scale
distributed systems.
o Design implement high-availability, fault-tolerant systems using
Java modern cloud-native technologies.
o Lead the adoption of containerization (Docker), Kubernetes (k8s),
orchestration tools to optimize scalability resilience.
2. SaaS & Distributed Systems Expertise
o Architect deliver SaaS-based solutions with a focus on
scalability security.
o Hands-on experience in designing coding real-time distributed
systems (e.g., messaging queues, event-driven architectures).
o Optimize system performance, latency, resource efficiency f
mission-critical applications.
3. Execution & Collaboration
o Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, DevOps, Product)
to align technical direction with business goals.
o Drive technical decisions, resolve conflicts, ensure on-time
delivery of architectural milestones.

4. Problem Solving & Innovation
o Tackle complex technical challenges with practical, hands-on
solutions.

Basic Requirements:
• Technical Skills:
o 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+
years in architecture roles.
o Mastery of Java ecosystem frameworks (Spring, etc.), with
a focus on high-concurrency, low-latency systems.
o Proven experience in high-availability design (load balancing,
failover, disaster recovery).
o Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure/GCP).
o Hands-on experience with distributed coordination
services (etcd/Consul/ZooKeeper) in service discovery,
configuration management, leader election.
o Deep understanding of consensus algorithms (Raft, ZAB)
their trade-offs in high-throughput scenarios.
o Proven ability to design HA clusters with zero single-point-offailure (SPOF), including split-brain prevention quorumbased decision-making.
