岗位职责：
1. 基础数据处理：负责销售数据、客户数据、产品数据、费用数据等的收集、录入、整理、核对，确保数据真实、准确、完整；
2. 报表制作与更新：按主管要求，制作、更新各类基础数据报表、数据台账，协助完成数据可视化图表制作，确保报表及时输出；
3. 数据维护与治理：协助主管开展数据治理工作，维护数据标准、统一数据口径，更新基础数据字典，处理数据异常，确保数据质量；
4. 数字化工具辅助：协助主管推进BI报表平台、销售管理系统等数字化工具的落地与维护，包括数据录入、系统测试、基础操作指导等；
5. 数据资料归档：整理、归档各类数据报表、分析资料、系统操作记录等，确保资料可追溯，做好数据保密工作；
6. 数据支持：对接SFE小组其他岗位、销售一线，响应基础数据查询需求，提供基础数据支持，协助完成简单的数据汇总分析；
7. 配合主管工作：完成主管交办的其他数据相关工作，协助推进数字化项目落地，及时反馈工作中的问题。
任职资格：
专业能力： 1. 熟练使用Excel（VLOOKUP、SUMIFS、数据透视表等），能独立完成数据录入、整理、核对及基础报表制作； 2. 了解基础数据处理逻辑，具备基本的数据敏感度，能识别简单的数据异常； 3. 熟悉办公软件（Word、PPT），能按要求输出规范的报表与文档； 4. 了解BI工具、基础数据系统者优先，具备简单的SQL基础者优先；
综合素质： 1. 细心严谨、责任心强，具备较强的执行力与专注力，能认真完成重复性数据工作； 2. 沟通表达能力良好，能高效对接上级及小组其他岗位，响应工作需求； 3. 学习能力强，愿意学习数据分析、数字化工具相关知识，适应工作提升需求； 4. 具备良好的抗压能力，能按时保质完成各项工作任务，主动配合团队推进工作。
