Qianhai Holdings

Shenzhen Qianhai Development and Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (now renamed as "Shenzhen Qianhai Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.", referred to as "Qianhai Holdings" and "Qianhai Construction Investment Group"), was officially established on December 28, 2011, as a wholly-owned enterprise of the Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration. According to the "Overall Development Plan for the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone" (Guo Han [2010] No. 86) approved by the State Council and the "Interim Measures of the Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration" (Shenzhen Municipal People's Government Order No. 233), Qianhai Holdings is responsible for primary land development, infrastructure construction, and investment in major projects within the Qianhai Cooperation Zone.
