任职要求：
1、本科学历，工作年限＞3，能力和经验丰富
2、至少3年以上年开发经验，熟悉银行业务，具有金融IT系统开发经验优先，有业务建模落地经验优先，从事过银行分布式核心系统业务开发者优先；
3、精通java开发，java基础扎实，熟练应用各种集合类，并熟练掌握基于集合类的算法；熟练掌握多线程技术；熟练掌握线程并发及安全控制处理机制；掌握JVM以及相关调优等，并有一定的实践经验
4、了解分布式理念，了解分布式开发和传统开发区别于联系；熟悉各项分布式技术的应用场景和应用方式，包括但不限于spring cloud、spring、dubbo、springboot、redis、mq等，能够快速理解分布式技术在各种使用过程的问题；
