Brief description of the position:
The job holder is overall responsible to ensureganizational adherence to security regulations managing security affairs with Joint Ventures (JVs). The objective is to protect theganizations people, assets, information reputation by embedding robust security compliance effectively managing security related topics across collaborative ventures.
Key Tasks:
Steer ffull life-cycle Regulation management, including policy/process/standard development, reviews, consultancy, manage fthe Volkswagen Group companies in Region China Asia Pacific.
Develop the systematic regional security compliance risk assessment framework, evaluate compliance levels identify areas fimprovement systematically in Region China Asia Pacific.
Coordinate fSecurity related audits, steer the qualified deliverables/improvements based on the feedback from audits track the status with proper documentation.
Serve as the primary security liaison between the Volkswagen companies JV entities.
Interface to VW Group, BrGroups entities in Region China & Asia pacific regarding the Security Compliance consultancy, to ensure the effective implementation One Voice
Provide security guidance support to JV management teams.
Support toganize regional security events communications, e.g. Regional Security Governance Call, Regional Security Workshop/Exchange
Qualification skills:
Bacheldegree above, preferably with business related background, such as security, consulting, business administration etc.
Experience in medium to large internationalganization
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, able to accurately identify risks propose measures
Excellent communications skills & presentation skills
Logical critical thinking
High sense of responsibility, strong principle, good professional ethics integrity
English fluent is mandatory, German as a plus
Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strongganizational multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
Willing to travel frequently work under pressure
