Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in 2006 with a registered capital of 800 million yuan. The total cumulative investment currently amounts to 3.9 billion yuan. The Company is affiliated to China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., a central enterprise among the Fortune Global 500, and is a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales of carbon fiber and composite materials. It currently has three production and research and development bases in Lianyungang, Xining, and Shanghai, with production capacity ranking first domestically. Its independent innovation capability and overall strength rank among the forefront of the national carbon fiber manufacturing industry. The Company was successfully listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on April 6, 2022 (stock code: 688295), becoming the first company under China National Building Material Group to be listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, and also the first carbon fiber company listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
The Company has independently established a complete carbon fiber production system, with full independent intellectual property rights over key technologies and core equipment. It took the lead in breaking through the advanced dry-jet wet-spinning carbon fiber technology and achieved industrialization. The continuous market share of high-end products such as SYT49 (T700 grade) and above in the domestic carbon fiber market has exceeded 50%, with more than 500 downstream customers. Products are widely used in fields such as aerospace, wind turbine blades, pressure vessels, carbon/carbon composites, sports and leisure, automotive industry, carbon core cables, and building reinforcement. The Company has now become one of the most influential carbon fiber suppliers both domestically and internationally.
The Company has established a post-doctoral scientific research workstation and serves as the national high-performance carbon fiber production and research and development base as well as the national high-performance fiber and composite material high-tech industrialization base. In December 2017, the Company's carbon fiber project won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. In December 2021, the Company's 10,000-ton carbon fiber production base in Xining was put into operation and was selected as one of the top ten super projects of central enterprises in 2021.
