岗位职责：
1、负责基于 Flowable（Activiti 分支）设计并实现企业级业务流程引擎，支撑 OA、审批、订单履约等核心业务场景；
2、独立完成 BPMN 2.0 流程建模、流程实例管理、任务分配、网关条件控制、事件监听等设计与开发；
3、与产品、业务方沟通需求，将复杂业务规则转化为可执行的工作流模型，保证流程可配置、易维护；
4、对接 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 微服务架构，实现流程引擎与业务系统的无缝集成（REST API / Service Task / 异步执行）；
5、优化流程引擎性能（如历史数据归档、并发实例控制、数据库索引调优），保障高可用与扩展性；
6、编写完善的单元/集成测试用例，参与代码评审，指导初中级开发人员；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上 Java 开发经验，其中至少 2 年 Flowable（或 Activiti）实战经验；
2、深入理解 BPMN 2.0 规范，能独立设计和调试复杂流程（多实例、子流程、事件子流程、定时器、消息事件等）；
3、熟悉 Flowable 核心模块：RuntimeService、TaskService、HistoryService、ManagementService、DynamicBpmnService；
4、熟练使用 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 框架，掌握 MyBatis/JPA、OceanBase 等常用技术栈；
5、有流程引擎与业务系统（如 CRM、ERP、OA）集成的实际项目经验，能解决分布式事务、流程状态同步等问题；
6、具备良好的问题分析能力，能定位流程死锁、执行慢、并发冲突等典型故障。
