4，熟练掌握redis、rabbitmq、es、xxl-job、kafka、nginx 等中间件，了解相关原理、并能解决使用中遇到的问题；
5，熟练掌握mysql、postgresql等数据库并拥有较好的数据库设计能力；
6，熟练掌握常用的Linux命令、脚本编写、环境安装、服务部署，熟悉使用git，svn等版本管理工具；
7，精通使用相关工具进行bug定位和解决，熟悉JVM机制以及性能优化，有良好而规范的编程习惯和技术文档编写习惯；
8，有良好的沟通能力和需求理解能力，能独立分析和解決问题，有较强的协作精神和团队意识，抗压能力强；
9，为人正直诚信，做事踏实，有责任心，协同合作取得共赢，追求卓越。
