4、熟悉知识库、检索增强(RAG)、多智能体方向的工作范式，熟悉向量检索、混合检索、重排序、知识图谱等技术。
5、熟悉数据采集、清洗、标注方法，会进行特征工程，从原始数据提取有效特征用于模型训练。
6、熟悉多智能体(例如:Coze、dify)构建平台，具备快速实现业务需求的技术转化能力。
7、具备较强的表达沟通能力、团队合作精神，工作细致、责任心强，有较强的逻辑分析总结能力和学习能力。
