张掖市晋昌源煤业有限公司是兰州能源投资集团公司全资子公司，成立于2008年12月，是一家集物流、炼焦、煤制气、原煤精洗生产、煤焦油加氢生产汽柴油、低质煤综合利用生产提质煤、LNG、甲醇等为一体的煤炭清洁高效利用的循环经济公司。2017年12月被兰州能源投资集团公司收购为100%控股国有独资企业。以新能源布局规划出发公司以20万吨/年焦油加氢为龙头，构建20万吨/年焦油加氢+120万吨/年捣固炼焦项目+30万吨/年甲醇+1万吨/年氢能产业项目+400万吨/年煤炭物流园的循环经济产业链。
