Chongqing Jintian Copper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Jintian Copper (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 601609). The Company is located in Zone B, Luohuang Industrial Park, Jiangjin District, Chongqing, with a total land area of 227 mu and a site area of 151,588 square meters. The Company's business scope includes: rolling and processing of non-ferrous metals; manufacturing and sales of enameled wire, copper tubes, copper pipe fittings, copper rods, copper bars, copper wires, and copper strips; wholesale and retail of metal products and metal materials; import and export of goods and technology, etc. The Company is a key enterprise in Chongqing introduced by the Jiangjin District Government in 2018 through investment promotion, mainly producing high-end copper-based new materials. After the project is put into production, it will become a large-scale copper processing enterprise in Southwest China.
