岗位职责：
1、参与项目的系统分析、设计，并负责务功能的功能设计、代码实现，撰写相关设计文档；
2、主要负责代码实现、单元测试、Bug修复，确保代码质量；
3、所负责功能模块的完整和稳定，单元测试、代码review、性能测试, 并对架构、功能、性能进行持续优化；
4、按计划完成开发任务目标，按时高质量完成相应功能模块设计与开发实现,确保项目正常上线；
5、主动发现问题，提出合理化建议，对开发中遇到的技术难点进行预研，能够解决开发中遇到的技术难题。

任职要求：
1、统招本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，有至少4年以上的商用项目开发设计和实施经验；
2、JAVA基础扎实，理解IO、NIO、多线程、集合等基础知识，掌握 JVM 相关经验，包括内存模型、垃圾回收机制，需要具备一定调优经验；
3、熟练使用SpringBoot、 SpringCloud、 Myabtis、nginx、RabbitMQ、redis等常用中间件和技术栈，熟练掌握常用的项目构建工具及版本管理工具，如Maven、Git、SVN等能够基于上述框架独立进行应用的创建，构建，测试与部署；
4、深入理解MySQL，了解索引、事务、锁机制等核心原理，具备SQL调优、分库分表、索引优化经验。
5、熟悉常用的数据结构和基本算法，面向对象的思想和设计模式；
6、善于交流，具备良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力。
