岗位职责：
1、负责系统技术难关攻关，带领研发团队进行相关新技术的研究；
2、对系统的重用性扩展性安全性性能伸缩互性做系统级把握
3、参与制定设计及实现规范，指导设计实现及部署工作。
4、对行业新技术进行预研，确定系统架构，根据业务规划及技术规划制定微服务平台架构解决方案。
5、负责系统架构设计，系统概要设计，协助开发人员理解设计，并按设计进行编码。
6、完成平台核心组件的编写，协助技术难点攻关，性能和安全问题排查。
7、能够与开发团队中其它成员共同开发有效沟通，包括产品经理TL其它工程师，设计出高性能可扩展而且符合用户需求的方案
8、负责对研发团队人员的代码质量审核及时指导与监督，提升开发团队的技术水平；
任职要求：
1、热爱技术热爱研究，具备良好的学习能力和创业精神。
2、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上Java开发工作经验；
3、熟悉SpringCloud/Dubbo/Zookeeper微服务框架原理、大数据原理等；
4、对团队和技术的架构演进有清晰，成熟的思路；
5、负责过多条业务线或整个产品线的系统架构工作，组织过中等以上规模项目
6.、主导或参与过大型的电商项目，有技术文章输出，有社区影响力为加分
7、精通后端技术栈的同时，对移动端，前端等相关领域也很熟悉者优先；
