职位描述：
1.负责项目中的设计和编码评审，包括针对开发需求的技术方案设计等，带领团队开发人员，完成开发任务；
2.负责项目的实施、和客户沟通需求，制定项目管理计划，完成项目启动到项目验收的全生命周期管理；
3.及时识别项目风险，组织评估风险影响、制定应对方案，跟踪推进风险问题的解决；
4.对项目干系人进行有效管理，建立良好的沟通机制，协调项目相关人员，主动推进项目执行；
5.组建项目实施团队，负责团队文化建设，提高团队工作氛围，创造成长型学习团队；

任职要求：
1.全日制本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程及相关专业，5年以上后端开发经验，2年以上技术管理经验；
2. 掌握数据结构、多线程编程、掌握常用的设计模式等，具备处理高并发场景下系统设计及优化能力；
3. 精通JAVA技术栈相关知识，并了解其原理和机制；
4. 精通oracle、mysql等关系型数据库，有数据库设计经验；
5. 精通Spring、Spring Boot、，MyBatis、Hibernate等开源框架，并了解其原理和机制；
6. 熟悉Spring Clould、Docker、Dubbo等分布式框架、对分布式事务了解者优先
7. Kafka、HBase、Hadoop、Hive、Spark等大数据相关经验者优先
8.思路清晰、较强的跨部门沟通能力、业务推进和资源协调能力，有高度的责任心，快速学习能力和一定的抗压性及管理能力；
