岗位职责：
1.在业务专家指导下深度参与项目相关的算法开发，模型训练等相关开发项目。包括但不限于文本生成，文本理解，逻辑推理，图片分类，图片生成，ASR,TTS通用人工智能模型应用开发，多模态数据融合等；
2.跟踪前沿算法技术动态，甄别技术成熟度，并应用于人工智能相关AI产品；
3.负责公司各业务解决方案中的机器学习，深度学习，AI等模型应用开发与训练；
4.负责公司上位机软件（基于Python）的开发。
任职要求
1.计算机/数学/统计学/人工智能等相关专业背景，本科以上学历，2-3年工作经验；
2.工作态度积极主动、责任心强，具备良好的沟通和团队合作精神、承压能力、对技术有强烈的兴趣，喜欢钻研，具有良好的学习能力；
3.熟练掌握Python编程，拥有扎实的编程基础；
4.熟练掌握任意一种深度学习开源框架；
5.熟悉RAG、Prompt Engineering、模型并行等关键技术；
6.熟悉上位机（基于Python）的开发，包括串口通信）、TCP/IP通信、与各类硬件设备交互等，了解常用工业通信协议，能独立开发上位机应用。
7.熟悉 Git 版本控制与协作开发流程。
优先考虑：
1、NLP，图片分类，生成算法，多模态学习，逻辑推理，通用人工智能等为主要研究方向；
2、熟练掌握 Pytorch+ Cuda+ Nvidia环境在Linux环境下的搭建与试验;
3、具备良好的逻辑沟通能力和解决实际问题的能力，有扎实的程序开发功底的，优先考虑；
