Comix was founded on August 3, 2004, with its headquarters in Shenzhen, China. It was established by a group of like-minded Comix people to realize the shared mission of "standing up the backbone of Made-in-China in the LED field!" It is a manufacturer focused solely on LED display manufacturing and providing engineering solutions.

It has fully passed the ISO9001:2008 quality system and ISO14001:2004 environmental system certifications of the Swiss SGS authoritative organization, RoHS testing, EU CE certification, CCC, UL, and other quality certifications, IP67 dustproof and waterproof testing, anti-sun glare testing, electromagnetic compatibility testing, high and low temperature testing, heavy metal content testing, and other quality certifications.
