我公司拥有年产量超过60万套钢制车轮的全套生产线，员工130余人，主要生产各种农用机械的钢制车轮、联合收割机钢制车轮及卡客车钢制车轮。公司车间面积达22050平方米，拥有三条轮辋生产线、一条轮辐生产线、一条合成生产线和一条涂装生产线。公司在2015年通过了ISO9001国际认证，目前拥有超过100种车轮生产的经验。公司为全球各高端主机厂及售后服务客户提供产品配套、解决方案及技术支持。目前公司主要的国际大客户有：爱科、约翰迪尔、特瑞堡、乐星、大东等。除此之外，公司还与中联、清拖、东风农机、奇瑞农机等国内主要大型农机生产企业保持着良好的合作关系。
经过几年的发展和改进，兰天车轮（连云港）有限公司在专业生产的设备和技术投入始终保持着良好的势头。如在车轮轮辐的生产制造过程中，加入了材料抛丸、等离子水下切割、轮辐脱脂防锈处理等工序，极大的提高和保证了车轮在涂装工序生产前的质量。除此之外，公司对生产设备的投入也极大的提高了生产效率。目前公司组装设备均使用美国进口史丹利定扭工具和英国进口诺霸扭力校准仪，其良好的性能也极大的助力于车轮的组装生产。
