南通佳兴热电有限公司成立于2019年10月9日，是江苏省洋口港经济开发区热电联产扩建项目，占地约122亩，位于江苏省南通市如东县长沙镇洋口港开发区临港工业区。该项目为公用燃煤热电联产扩建项目，建设规模为6台270吨小时+1台120吨小时高温超高压循环流化床锅炉，2台10背压机组+2台30抽背式汽轮机组及其配套辅助设施。电厂采用高效、节能高温超高压循环流化床锅炉，为降低原始值，采用低氮燃烧技术及高效抽汽背压汽轮发电机组。环保岛采用湿法脱硫，电袋复合除尘，+炉内脱硝，保证烟气超超净排放标准。项目年产高低压蒸汽约1050万吨，年发电量约5.2亿千瓦时。
