3. 撰写技术文档，沉淀*佳实践，推动组件复用和技术分享；
4. 参与系统性能优化、故障排查及技术债务清理，保障系统稳定高效运行。
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验；
2. 精通Java技术栈，熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud Alibaba、MySQL、Redis、MyBatis；
3. 熟悉微服务架构设计，掌握分布式事务、服务治理、JVM调优等技术；
4. 熟悉WebApi、Webservice、Socket等网络协议，熟悉至少一种工业协议（如 S7、Modbus、OPC UA），有工业设备控制、数据采集、设备联网等相关开发经验者优先；
5. 熟悉vue3 + element-plus及现代前端工具链（Vite/TypeScript），有uni-app或工业可视化经验者优先；
6. 熟练使用Git、Maven、Docker、Kubernetes及CI/CD工具，具备Linux环境部署和运维能力；
7. 具备良好的抽象设计能力和问题解决能力，有领域驱动设计（DDD）经验者优先；
8. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神和责任心，能积极主动地推动和解决问题。
