山东三聚生物能源有限公司成立于2020年7月2日，位于山东省日照市莒县海右经济开发区，由北京海新能源科技股份有限公司与莒县金贸资产管理有限公司共同出资成立，主产业为25万吨生物能源生产加工。总投资16亿元，占地面积542亩，主要包含25万吨/年生物燃料加氢装置、配套制氢装置、25万吨/年生物原料预处理装置、污水处理装置、罐区、装卸车等公用工程辅助设施。目前为全国单套装置规模*大、技术*成熟稳定的生物能源产业基地之一。
国家能源局2022年6月份正式实施的《烃基生物柴油》标准由公司参与起草，标志着全国烃基生物柴油产品质量迈入标准化管理的新时代。
2024年11月，在第二届民航绿色发展大会上获颁可持续航空燃料（SAF）适航审定证书《技术标准规定项目批准书》，标志着公司可持续航空燃料（SAF）产品工艺、性能已满足航空燃料要求，可正式投入商业运营。
公司拥有自主知识产权的生物柴油加氢异构技术，处于*水平。拥有2项I类知识产权，12项Ⅱ类知识产权，5项软件著作权，是省级专精特新、省级创新型中小企业、省博士后创新实践基地。
