【岗位描述】
1、驻场北京某国企，基于公司成熟技术与该国企协同研发软件产品。
2、主导用户需求对接，梳理功能点并制定工作计划。
3、负责系统平台 Java 服务器后端开发，负责核心代码编写及自测，参与软件架构设计，撰写高质量、可维护代码及相关技术文档。
4、参与需求分析和技术方案制定，解决开发中的技术难题；与上下游研发团队紧密合作，确保软件功能及性能满足项目需求。
【任职要求】
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电气工程、控制工程或相关专业；
2、3 年及以上 Java 开发经验，深入理解并能实战应用 JVM 调优、多线程、网络 IO 及锁机制；
3、熟练使用 Netty、Mybatis、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等开发框架，熟悉 UDP、TCP/IP 等网络协议，有 Kafka、ActiveMQ 使用经验；
4、熟悉 MySQL 等关系数据库及性能优化，具备 Redis、MongoDB、ClickHouse 等非关系型数据库使用经验，有一定大数据处理能力；
5、熟练掌握常见设计模式和数据结构，具备良好算法能力及代码优化技巧；
6、英语听说读写良好，能阅读英文技术文档；有电力系统仿真软件开发或使用经验者优先。
