I. Project Overview
The Hunan Huatong Huida Food Supply Chain Base Project is located next to Haijixing International Agricultural Products Logistics Park in Huangxing Town, Changsha County, covering a total area of 112.6 mu, with a building area of 169,000 square meters and a total investment of 780 million yuan. It is constructed in two phases: Phase I mainly functions as an industrial segment, and Phase II as a comprehensive supporting segment. Upon completion, it will become a high-end modern food supply chain base in Central South China and the first in Hunan Province to integrate warehousing and logistics, food development and processing, e-commerce platform, convention economy, supply chain finance, etc. It is a modern, multi-functional, comprehensive food supply chain service center integrating warehousing, logistics transportation, exhibition and trading, storage and processing, information management, and comprehensive supporting facilities.
At present, the main construction of Phase I is basically completed, the central kitchen and distribution center have been topped out, the infrastructure of the intelligent cold storage has been completed, and it is expected to meet the conditions for enterprise settlement in November 2021.
