Anhui Road Network Transportation Construction Group Co., Ltd. is a construction enterprise based on highway engineering and traffic engineering construction; highway and bridge maintenance, with a focus on infrastructure project investment as its main business. Its predecessor, Anhui Road Network Transportation Construction Co., Ltd., was established in April 2004. In November 2009, Anhui Road Network Transportation Construction Group Co., Ltd. was formed, comprising four subsidiaries: Guoyang County Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd., Anhui Road Network Transportation Engineering Co., Ltd., Anhui Road Network Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd., and Anhui Road Network Construction Engineering Design Consulting Co., Ltd.
Mainly engaged in investment in infrastructure projects such as highways, municipal works, water conservancy, ports, and real estate; highway and bridge maintenance; highway engineering; and traffic engineering construction. Currently holds qualifications: Grade II general contracting for highway construction and professional contracting for subgrade and pavement; comprehensive system qualification for highway communication, monitoring, and toll collection; sub-item for traffic safety facilities in professional contracting of highway traffic engineering; Grade II A and B, and Grade III A for highway and bridge maintenance.

Its functional departments include Human Resources Department, Administration Department, Financial Management Department, Safety Management Department, Material Procurement Department, Investment and Operation Department, and Qualification Management Department. It now possesses a team of high-end project construction and management talents, including national first and second-class constructors, senior engineers, consulting engineers, cost engineers, and certified public accountants, and has accumulated successful experience and strength in engineering technology, project management, financing capability, and construction capability. It has been successively awarded the title of Executive Director of China Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice President Unit of Anhui Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice President Unit of Anhui Scientists and Entrepreneurs Association, Executive Director Unit of Anhui Highway Construction Industry Association, 'Contract-abiding and Credit-worthy' Unit of Hefei City, provincial 'Youth Civilization', and the 'Road Network' brand has been honored as one of the first top ten key promoted brands in Anhui construction industry, 'Love Dream University', 'Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Internship Base', 'AAA Credit Enterprise', etc.
