Jiangxi Tonghui Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2005, headquartered in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, with a total of more than 100 employees. In December 2017, it was successfully listed on the New Third Board, stock code: 872345. It is one of the few high-tech certified enterprises in China with qualifications in intelligent construction, software development, system integration, electromechanical engineering, and electromechanical engineering supervision in the transportation field. Its main business includes software development, intelligent building IoT, highway electromechanical supervision, information supervision, and system integration. As of 2014, its software products and electromechanical supervision services have covered more than 50 projects in domestic highways, urban rail transit, and banking financial institution projects, with more than 1,700 users, covering major domestic highway engineering construction enterprises.
The company established a supervision department in 2008 and obtained the Class A qualification for highway electromechanical supervision from the Ministry of Transport. Adhering to the code of conduct of "law-abiding, honest, fair, and scientific," it is dedicated to providing high-quality supervision and engineering project management services to all sectors of society. It has forged an electromechanical engineering management team combining experienced senior, middle-aged, and young professionals with professional technical and management levels. The supervision department currently has more than 50 engineering and technical personnel, of whom professor-level senior engineers and senior engineers and above account for 30%, engineers account for 50%, and 75% hold supervision engineer certificates from the Ministry of Transport. It also has professional technical personnel such as registered cost engineers from the Ministry of Construction, cost engineers from the Ministry of Transport, registered first-class constructors, safety management engineers, and environmental protection management engineers. Tonghui Technology Nanjing Technology R&D Center was established in 2010, jointly with Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Hefei University of Technology, mainly engaged in the R&D and production of new energy technologies and intelligent transportation IoT products. At present, 95% of the center's technical personnel have a bachelor's degree or above, among whom specially appointed researchers and senior engineers from the Ministry of Education's Photovoltaic Research Center and other relevant industry leaders.
