(hereinafter referred to as "Yizhuang Environment") was solely established by Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. in May 2008, with a registered capital of 560 million RMB and 3 wholly-owned, holding, and participating subsidiaries. Adhering to the corporate philosophy of "Integrity, Dedication, Sustainability, and Efficiency," the company focuses on investment and operational management in environmental protection fields such as reclaimed water production and wastewater treatment, aiming to provide clients with comprehensive water environment improvement solutions. The company independently operates Jingkai Reclaimed Water Plant, East District Reclaimed Water Plant, East District Wastewater Treatment Plant, South District Wastewater Treatment Plant, Jingkai Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the reclaimed water pipeline networks for the core area and East District. It also holds stakes in the operation of the Phase III and IV East District Wastewater Treatment Plant, Beijing New Airport City East District Reclaimed Water Plant, and Beijing New Airport City West District Reclaimed Water Plant. Currently, the company employs various water treatment processes such as double-membrane (MF+RO), SBR, MBR, MBBR, and C-TECH, with a wastewater treatment capacity of 250,000 (170,000+80,000) tons/day, achieving a regional wastewater treatment rate of 100%. It has a reclaimed water production capacity of 70,000 (60,000+10,000) tons/day and a distribution capacity of 100,000 tons, with municipal facilities covering the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA). To date, Yizhuang Environment has cumulatively produced 100 million tons of high-quality industrial reclaimed water (approximately one-third of the zone's total water supply), equivalent to 50 Kunming Lakes or 10 West Lakes. As the "second water source" of the development zone, reclaimed water usage accounts for more than half of the zone's total industrial water consumption. Yizhuang Environment consistently regards serving the development zone and the construction of Yizhuang New City as its work goal.
