1. 产品的导入，产品的技术指导，规范工艺流程，工艺指导书的编写；
2. 监督和协调生产技术，现场异常问题处理及排除，工艺的改善；
3. 负责建立完善标准化操作规范和工艺要求，判别、分析、协调、解决生产线出现的工艺；
4. 品质问题，确保生产工作的正常运行，负责员工培训，负责新产品试产的跟踪，工艺更改的跟踪，辅料跟踪，按时完成上级领导交办的其它任务；
5. 客退品分析，并建立改善项目，验证、跟踪；
6. 测试工装的制作，调试，维护。
