岗位职责

1.负责日常项目代码的编写。

2.负责技术架构设计和优化，根据业务规划及技术规划制定应用架构方案。

3.负责核心代码的编写、系统重构以及系统的性能优化与改进。

4.参与项目的需求分析、系统设计、编码、项目内测试及相关文档编写工作。

5.指导并协调组员完成相关工作，带领团队产品研发及项目交付。

维护处理系统日常问题，解决开发过程中的技术问题。

任职资格

1.2年以上Java开发工作经验，计算机专业或信息技术相关专业。

2.能够熟练的使用微服务（前后端分离）架构者优先。

3.熟练掌握Spring MVC、Spring、MyBatis/Hibernate等Java开源框架，熟练使用vue、JSP、servlet、XML、JavaScript、AJAX、JQuery等前端技术。

4.掌握常用缓存技术：memcached、Redis等，并在项目中有过应用。

5.掌握SOA架构、WebService及相关技术，熟悉Web服务器的开发、部署、配置优化。

6.熟悉Oracle、MySQL等常用数据库，并具有较强的SQL功底。

7.具有良好的沟通能力和需求理解能力，有带开发小组经验者优先。

8.能够熟练掌握并使用vue、element框架者优先。

9.硕士学历优先。
