(一)岗位职责
1、负责带领开发团队，根据产品需求完成各模块设计、框架搭建、编码工作，完成和实现功能需求；
2、根据日常开发和线上遇到的问题，进行问题分析，定制出解决方案，保证系统的稳定性和安全性；
3、参与需求分析并参与技术实施方案设计，并对需求给出明确的开发计划和方案；
4、指导初级程序员工作，完成团队的技术沉淀，提升团队技术水平。
（二）能力要求
1、2年及以上使用JAVA开发的经验、基础扎实；
2、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，了解分布式、缓存、消息等机制；
3、熟悉spring、springMVC等开源框架，熟悉SpringCloud的使用、有MQ、Redis应用经验；
4、掌握多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；有高并发应用开发经验；
5、熟悉Linux 操作系统及mysql数据库；对分库分表、sql优化有一定了解。
6、熟悉javascript、css等开发技术，了解vue3.x框架应用；
7、能独立撰写开发文档。
