岗位职责
1. 负责为出海企业提供ODI（对外直接投资）等政策权威解读、申报流程指引及材料规范性预审辅导；
2. 协助企业梳理境外投资备案材料，提升申报材料质量与合规性；提供线下面对面咨询及线上辅导接线服务，跟进企业申报进展；
3. 参与编写ODI辅导材料、常见问题解答及政策解读手册，组织开展ODI政策宣讲、培训活动及企业回访工作；
4. 协助建立和维护企业服务档案，定期整理总结问题经验，以服务促进招商引资等工作，形成工作闭环；
5. 负责组织人工智能工具开发，提升服务职能水平；
6. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求
（一）基本要求
1.学历要求：本科及以上学历
2.专业要求：经济、金融、法律、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先
3.工作经验：3年及以上相关工作经验
（二）能力要求
1. 责任心强，工作细致严谨，具备较强的学习与政策解读能力；
2. 具备良好的语言表达与沟通协调能力，可参与政策宣讲与企业培训；
3. 有政府部门、商务服务机构或企业出海相关工作经验者优先；
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件及AI工具，具备基本数据分析与报告撰写能力；
5. 具备较强的服务意识和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
