Jiangxi Zhongsheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiangxi Jianxin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.) was approved by the Jiangxi Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce on December 8, 2005 to change its name to Jiangxi Zhongsheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and on December 1, 2008, it was approved to change its name to Jiangxi Zhongsheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 1993 and possesses Grade I qualifications for general contracting of housing construction engineering, Grade I for general contracting of municipal public works, Grade I for professional contracting of earthwork engineering, Grade I for professional contracting of foundation and foundation engineering, Grade I for professional contracting of decoration and renovation engineering; Grade II for general contracting of mechanical and electrical installation engineering; Grade II for professional contracting of building waterproofing engineering, Grade II for professional contracting of steel structure engineering; and Grade II qualification for urban landscape greening. The company is located on the sixth floor of Building 1, Junjia Plaza, No. 392 Shunwai Road, Nanchang City. The registered capital is 303.65 million RMB.
The company currently has 1,752 employees, including 317 management personnel with various technical titles, among whom 25 have senior professional titles and 178 have intermediate and junior professional titles.
