3.熟悉常用的数据结构，算法和设计模式，了解微服务架构；
4.熟悉Linux操作系统，至少掌握一种脚本语言如Shell、Python；
5.具有MySQL等数据库应用开发经验，具备数据库应用系统的规划及设计能力；
6.具备一定的分布式缓存（redis等）、分布式MQ（Kafka等）、多线程实践经验；
7.工作积极主动，善于沟通，与同事领导相处融洽，善于学习，有良好的团队合作精神。
