岗位介绍：
我们正在做一套覆盖仓储、供应链、财务、合规、园区、AI 网关、防伪溯源的
企业级 ERP 系统。技术栈新（Java 21、Spring Boot 3.5、Vue 3、Flutter），
模块多，业务有挑战。

岗位职责：
1. 参与后端微服务的业务编码（WMS / SCM / Finance / BPMN / AI 网关）
2. 根据方向参与 Web 管理后台 / PDA App / 小程序的前端开发
3. 参与公共中间件维护、线上问题排查与性能优化
4. 代码评审、单元测试、文档编写

任职要求（必备）：
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上，3 年以上 Java 研发经验
- 精通 Java，熟悉 JDK 17 / 21
- 熟练 Spring Boot 3.x、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、Maven
- 熟练 MySQL，能写复杂 SQL、设计索引
- 熟悉以下至少 3 项：Redis、RocketMQ、Elasticsearch、Seata、
Dubbo、Resilience4j、Netty
- 熟悉 Git、Maven、Linux、Nginx
