本岗位硬性要求：
1、5-8年Java相关开发经验。

PS：有3年以上无人叉车、AGV等行业开发经验优先。
具体岗位说明：
1、Java基础：熟练使用 Java 8+、熟悉集合、多线程、并发控制（锁 / CAS / 线程池）、熟悉设计模式（策略 / 状态 / 责任链）
2、后端开发能力：熟练使用 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud（可选）、熟悉 RESTful API 设计、熟悉 MySQL（索引、事务、性能优化）
3、算法与建模能力：熟悉路径规划算法：A、Dijkstra / BFS / DFS、
理解以下问题：图结构建模（点 / 边 / 权重）、状态扩展（方向、速度、占用状态）、启发函数设计（Heuristic）、实现过带约束的A（时间窗 / 占用 / 方向）、有多车避碰 / 多Agent路径规划经验
4、调度 / 交通控制经验（核心加分项）有以下经验之一优先：AGV / AMR / 机器人调度系统、仓储（WMS / WCS）系统、交通仿真 / 路网控制系统、熟悉概念：区域锁（Zone Lock）、路径占用（Path Reservation）、死锁检测与解除、交叉口调度策略
5、数据结构理解拓扑关系：邻接表 / 邻接矩阵、路网图构建。
有以下经验之一：寻路（A优化）路径规划、ROS / 机器人系统、熟悉 WebSocket / MQTT / TCP 通信、熟悉实时系统设计（低延迟）
