岗位职责
1.负责脑深部神经刺激器（DBS）患者程控仪、医生程控仪 Android 客户端核心功能开发；
2.负责 BLE 通信模块设计与设备交互开发；
3.负责 Jetpack Compose UI 页面开发及交互优化；
4.负责 App 架构优化、性能优化与稳定性维护；
5.参与医疗设备通信协议设计与联调；
6.配合嵌入式、硬件、测试团队完成产品研发与交付；
7.参与软件设计文档、测试文档及问题分析。

任职要求

基本要求
1.计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2. 2年及以上 Android 开发经验；
3.熟练使用 Kotlin 或 Java，具备良好的编码规范与工程化能力；
4.熟悉 Android Framework、Jetpack、MVVM、Jetpack Compose；
5.熟悉 Compose UI 状态管理及页面开发；
6.熟悉协程、Flow、StateFlow 等异步开发方式；
7.熟悉 BLE 蓝牙开发，包括扫描、连接、服务发现、数据收发；
8.熟悉多线程、网络通信、数据存储等常用技术；
9.具备独立分析和解决问题能力；
10.具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。

加分项
1.有 Compose 商业项目经验；
2.有医疗器械、智能硬件相关开发经验；
3.有 OTA、设备升级、安全通信经验；
4.熟悉 Room、DataStore、Hilt 等常用框架；
5.有低功耗蓝牙设备开发经验；
