内设两人房、四人房和多人专护房，房间内设有独立卫浴、电视机、空调、电扇、24小时供应热水等设施。院内设施齐全，配有电梯、紧急呼叫、无线网络等设施。每层设有活动区域，多功能影视厅、康复理疗室、阅览室、棋牌室、手工作业室等一应俱全，适应社会各界不同层次老人安居养老的需求。
