我赛尔教学体系，按训练年龄段划分，我赛尔篮球会分为三大体系。分别是幼儿体系、少儿体系、青训体系。在训练课程中分为常规训练课程、比赛战术课程、在课堂上会增加“篮球体能”的训练，促进学员的身体全面发展。除了常规训练以外还会有夏季和冬季的封闭特训营和赴美特训营，通过特训强化学员的篮球技能。
通过四大教学理念（领导力、阳光自信、坚韧、团队协作），让学生变得更加阳光自信，在球场上不轻易服输放弃，锻炼学生坚韧的精神，通过团队的打造，培养学员的领导力和团队协助意识，相互包容，相互促进！
