岗位职责：
1. 根据项目需求，进行Java平台的软件设计、开发和维护；
2. 参与前端与后端的沟通，确保技术实现符合功能要求；
3. 对现有系统进行优化升级，提升系统性能；
4. 负责数据库的设计和开发，确保数据安全和有效性；
5. 参与团队讨论，为项目开发出谋划策。

任职要求：
1. 一年以上Java开发经验，有WEB开发经验者优先；
2. 精通JSP/Servlet、HTML、JavaScript、Ajax、Jquery等WEB开发技术，熟悉bootstrap，vue等开发框架；
3. 具备扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉常用的设计模式及多线程编程；
4. 熟悉MySQL数据库，有数据库调优经验，熟悉主流NoSQL数据库；
5. 熟悉Linux等操作系统的日常操作，能够熟练使用maven，git等开发工具；
6. 对高性能、高并发、高可用性分布式系统设计有一定的理解和实践经验，了解RPC、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、Nginx等；
7. 具有良好的团队合作精神和协作能力，能够自我驱动，不断学习新技术。
