3、设计与开发高性能、高可用的分布式系统架构，应对“黑色星期五”、“网络星期一”等大促活动的极端流量挑战。
4、负责核心系统的性能调优、技术难题攻关，解决线上故障，保障系统7x24小时稳定运行。
5、编写高质量、清晰、可维护的代码，建立并遵守代码规范，积极参与代码审查。
6、与产品、运营、测试及前端团队紧密协作，确保项目高质量交付。
任职要求
1、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验。
2、深刻理解JVM原理、多线程、并发编程、集合框架、IO/NIO等核心基础知识。
3、精通Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, MyBatis等主流开源框架及其核心思想。
4、熟练使用MySQL/PostgreSQL，具备优秀的SQL编写、优化及数据库设计能力。熟悉Redis等NoSQL数据库。
5、熟悉分布式系统的原理与应用，有使用消息队列（RocketMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ）、RPC框架（Dubbo, gRPC）、分布式缓存、分布式锁的经验。
6、熟悉Maven/Gradle、Git、Linux常用命令。了解容器化技术（Docker, Kubernetes）和CI/CD流程。
7、具备良好的系统设计能力、逻辑思维能力和解决问题的能力。
8、拥有强烈的责任心、团队协作精神和良好的沟通能力。
