In December 2013, the Vocational Education and Adult Education Department of the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Recommending the School-Enterprise Cooperation Project for the High-Skilled Automotive Talent Promotion Plan of Sino-German Nuohao" (Letter No. [2013] 267 of the Department of Vocational Education and Adult Education), stating that Sino-German Nuohao has introduced German automotive vocational education resources and developed a set of automotive vocational education curriculum systems and professional talent cultivation models based on China's actual conditions. After organizing research and expert demonstrations, the department selected 100 vocational and secondary vocational schools to carry out the school-enterprise cooperation project in three batches.
Sino-German Nuohao has reached long-term cooperation agreements with the Halle Handicrafts Chamber in Germany and the F+U Saxony Vocational Education Group in Germany, gaining support in areas such as international automotive course materials, new automotive technology information, project construction consulting services, German certificate examinations, exchange and training for project teachers and students in Germany, and lectures by German experts in China, which effectively guarantees the international standard of the project.
As of the end of 2019, Sino-German Nuohao has established partnerships with more than 370 vocational and secondary vocational schools, covering over 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, making it a widely distributed automotive education service enterprise among partner schools nationwide.
