Job Title: CAE Engineer
Department: Simulation Team
Location: Rugao
Position Summary:
Were looking fa CAE Engineer with at least 8 years of experience to join our simulation team. Youll run simulations using Abaqus HyperMesh ANSA, focusing on static fatigue analysis fthe components in complete vehicles. NVH experience is a plus. You should have a Masters degree in Mechanical Automotive Engineering a solid grasp of mechanics.
What Youll Do:

Build run FEA models fcomponents in complete vehicles (chassis, axles, cab, etc.), including welds, adhesives, fasteners, bushings so on.
Perform static (stiffness, strength, bolted joints calculation, etc.), modal fatigue analysis (durability loads, random vibration analysis, welds fatigue, etc.) using Abaqus, preprocessing postprocessing with HyperMesh ANSA, FEMFAT.
Correlate simulation results with physical test data to improve model accuracy
Partner with MBD (Multi-Body Dynamics) group to extract durability loads fcomponent/ system level analysis.
Conduct root cause analysis of test field failures
Write reports give presentations in English
Work with cross-function ftechnical meetings supports.

What You Need:

Master’s degree in mechanical, Automotive, related field
8+ years of hands-on CAE experience in automotive
Solid foundation in mechanics, strong skills in static fatigue analysis as listed above
Proficiency in Abaqus HyperMesh ANSA
Experience correlating CAE with physical tests
Fluent in English (written spoken)
NVH simulation experience is a plus
