Department: P&L Maintenance

Ensure that the equipment purchased meets the requirements set by Scania Technical Regulations fMachines Production Equipment (TFP) fmaintenance.
Follow up ensure that maintenance deliveries are monitored performed according to Scania Production Equipment Investment Process (PEIP) steps according to time schedule.
Monitthe delivery of BOM/spare part list, machine documentation from suppliers; ensure creation of maintenance plan all necessary information from the project is handed-over to local maintenance engineer.
Component-level based preventive maintenance analysis.
Knowledge of common mechanical, electrical, hydraulic components.
Digitalization Maintenance- data analysis Power App skill
Contribute to a good work environment actively participate in improvement work.

61 Representative in projects ensure that deliverables checklists fmaintenance from project model are followed secured
61 Ensure that maintenance requirements from the technical requirements are met by the supplier
61 Demmaintenance requirements in procurements
61 Monitmaintainability in projects involve maintenance experts if needed, if necessary involve escalate to project leader
61 Perform reference visits fevaluation of concepts
61 Review the supplier’s design documentation, maintenance plan, drawings spare parts proposal
61 Responsible to prepare spare parts maintenance plans from Supplier documentation
61 Component-level based preventive maintenance analysis.
61 Knowledge of common mechanical, electrical, hydraulic components.
61 Digitalization Maintenance- data analysis Power App skill.
61 Ensure a systematic planned handover of new production equipment to a local maintenance engineer.

Education and/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, majin mechanical/ electrical automatic related preferred.
- Project work
- Machine procurement
- Maintenance strategies
- Maintenance preparation spare parts preventive maintenance.
- Maintenance systems e.g. IBM Maximo other maintenance systems
- Been part of start-up of a new factory is a merit.

Knowledge, Skills Abilities
- Fluental written English
- Fluent in Chinese English in speech writing
- Very good general knowledge of PC Office 365
- Good knowledge of legal requirements in maintenance
- Good knowledge of local requirements in maintenance
- Equipment tools management experience
- Good understanding of engineering drawings principles
- Good understanding of PLC programming.
- Proficient in maintaining of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical tools.
- Robot-automatic production line maintenance management experience.
