岗位职责
1.全面负责工厂EHS体系建设与维护，确保符合ISO45001及ISO14001标准，通过安监、消防、环保部门审查；
2.主导危化品全生命周期管理，针对PVD/电镀工艺涉及的易燃、腐蚀性化学品实施专项管控，落实“五双”管理；
3.识别生产现场重大风险，重点管控特种设备、激光作业及有限空间，定期进行隐患排查并推动整改闭环；
4.制定火灾、化学品泄漏等专项应急预案，组织全员演练，负责工伤事故调查与根因分析；
5.统筹新产线建设的安全“三同时”评审，确保设备导入与安全防护设施同步规划与验收；
6.开展全员安全意识培训与安全文化建设，落实安全生产责任制，提升一线员工规范操作水平。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、化工或机械相关专业，持有注册安全工程师证书；
2.8年以上制造业EHS管理经验，具备电子、半导体或精密陶瓷行业背景优先；
3.精通安全生产法律法规，熟悉广东省地方性安环政策与执行标准；
4.具备极强的现场隐患排查能力，熟练运用JSA、LEC等风险评估工具；
5.拥有良好的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门（生产、设备、研发）安全整改；
6.具备较强的抗压能力和责任心，能够适应制造业快节奏的工作环境。
