4. 主动挖掘工作中的技术需求，通过系统各环节的优化改进，以技术和数据驱动业务更快速稳定的发展。

任职资格：
1. 5年以上相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业；
2. 熟练掌握 J2EE 技术体系架构，熟练使用 Spring Cloud、Spring Boot 或 Vert.x 等常用开发框架，并了解其中核心原理；
3. 熟练掌握PostgreSQL/MySQL 等数据库，了解数据库性能优化，读写分离技术，熟练使用 Redis 、Mongodb 等数据存储服务；
4. 熟练使用工作流引擎框架，包括 Flowable、Activiti等，熟练使用消息队列如 Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ 等常用框架，熟悉Drools规则引擎相关框架；
5. 有互联网医疗行业工作经验，个人开源项目或对开源社区/项目有一定贡献者优先；
6. 有较强的自我管理能力、较强的责任心和团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
