1、负责公司大模型应用中台研发工作，提供AI增强的解决方案并推动落地。

2、结合业务需要，与算法团队搭档，推进 AIGC 项目在各个场景落地以及效果的持续优化。

岗位基本要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能，机器学习等相关专业。

2、熟练掌握Python/Golang等设计与开发，扎实的数据结构、算法功底

3、熟练掌握一种或多种Python Web开发框架，Django，fastapi，Flask；

4. 熟悉多种数据库（如 MySQL、Redis,mongoDB），熟悉常见M 框架；

5、良好的沟通协作能力，清晰的逻辑思维能力与表达能力，责任心强，积极主动，良好的团队合作能力。

6、加分项：参与或主导过大模型应用产品的前后端设计开发，有落地应用和运营经验。
