与研究团队和交易团队紧密合作，理解他们的数据需求，并提供高质量的数据解决方案。主动探索和集成新的数据源以支持业务增长
参与制定和迭代内部数据管理标准，采用*佳实践确保数据的一致性和质量。负责维护和升级金融数据仓库，包括多品类和全历史数据集
开发和维护数据处理工具和框架，优化数据处理流程，提高数据处理的效率和可靠性。不断探索新技术和方法以提升团队的工程能力

任职要求：
熟悉 C++，熟悉 Python
熟悉 pandas、numpy 等数据处理工具
熟悉常用数据库的使用和调优
了解多线程、多进程编程模型，了解常见的分布式计算框架，能够编写高性能、可扩展、可维护的业务代码
有良好的沟通能力、合作能力和学习能力
对量化交易、金融知识有浓厚的兴趣

加分项：
有金融数据分析和处理的经验，和一些金融数据 vend打过交道
