3.日常系统维护及业务梳理，疑难问题的攻关和解决；
4.协助策略研究员进行基础分析；

任职要求：
1.JAVA基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，掌握SpringBoot、Mybatis、Mysql、Redis、MQ等基础技术栈
2.掌握基本的面向对象设计原则和熟练运用常见设计模式，熟练掌握常用Java技术框架，能编写高质量简洁清晰的代码；
3.深入理解TCP/IP、WebSocket、HTTP/2等协议，有网络调优经验者优先
4.善于思考，逻辑思维清晰，具备独立分析和抽象设计能力; 有较强的自驱力和责任心，具备良好的团队合作精神；
5.熟悉数字资产交易产品(现货/合约/期权)及市场机制(如订单簿、撮合引擎),有交易所系统、量化交易系统开发经验者优先
6.熟悉FIX协议、有高频交易系统开发经验、了解零拷贝、内存映射等底层优化技术优先
