我公司是湖南省煤业集团下辖发电企业，,属国有股份公司。2005年经经湖南省经济委员会（湘经投资[2005]516号文件）及湖南省环保局（湘环评[2005]74号文件）批复同意，对原有机组进行技改升级，建设1×60MW抽凝汽式汽轮发电机组+1×240t/h循环流化床锅炉,技改项目总投资2.6亿元,1×60MW机组投产后，根据国家产业政策，停运并拆除了原2台6MW机组。2001年7月1日，经湖南省经信委批准认定为资源综合利用电厂（老机组）;2008年国家发展和改革委员会再次认定为资源综合利用发电机组,2013年起，多次被评为国家和行业资源综合利用先进单位。2018年10月，垃圾耦合发电获批复。
