岗位职责：

任职要求：
1. 全日制统招本科学历（硬性条件），至少5年的Java开发经验；211，985，双一流院校优先
2. 有从头到尾管理中大型分布式系统的经验，在交付高性能、可靠、安全和可维护的系统方面有丰富的经验；
3. 精通Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、ElasticSearch、Kafka、Zookeeper、Dubbo等常用开源框架及中间件；
4. 在缓存和消息技术、数据库、多线程、性能调优方面有扎实的经验；
5. 熟悉云、CI/CD、Kubernetes/OpenShift/PCF、Unix/Linux；
6. 有组织复杂项目落地经验的优先，具备良好的文档习惯；
7. 加分项：有AIGC相关工程化落地经验者优先；
