The company covers an area of 83,000 square meters with a building area of 32,000 square meters, mainly engaged in the design and manufacturing of gears for automobiles and construction machinery. It currently has more than 500 employees, with over 50% holding a college degree or above. It has an annual production capacity of over 5 million gears and an annual output value of over 500 million yuan.
The company is equipped with advanced equipment, including gear grinding machines, spiral bevel gear milling machines, straight bevel gear planing machines from the American GLEASON company, as well as high-efficiency CNC hobbing machines, gear shaving machines, and gear shaping machines for producing cylindrical gears.
